Property Investing Mentor
I will act as your Property Investing Mentor. I will work on a 1 to 1 basis to guide, support and encourage you step by step through the learning process, using my own up to date proven strategies of purchasing Below Market Value and for cash-flow. I will act as your Sat Nav to Property Investing, so you can plug in your destination and know you are confidently progressing towards it.
I will also help you identify how you can release capital for investment purposes, and if you have an existing BTL portfolio by working with my Mortgage Broker husband, we can ensure you are currently maximising your opportunity for returns.
My approach will be very much open and honest and I will be happy to share my results and data with you, I will also take time to share my learning curves so that you can program your Sat Nav to avoid the hold-ups, fines and traffic jams I have already occurred, allowing you to reach your chosen destination smoothly and in a timely manner.
Because everyone is unique I will work at your pace and you certainly don’t have to worry about being embarrassed to ask a question. – There really is no such thing as a silly question!
Mind Coach
The ‘inner game’ is an element of property investing which is often overlooked, but is critical for success. Having the money and knowledge available to invest is a great start, but if the voice within your head is still holding you back you will not achieve your potential.
It’s like having the car, knowing how to drive but failing to fill the car with petrol, your journey will at best go a few miles before you stall.
The Venus programmes have been designed specifically with this in mind so you will have the massive advantage of working with a specialist who has a proven track record for helping individuals work at their peak performance.
